Cole M. Milligan

Cole M. Milligan attended and graduated from Marksville High School in 2017.  From there, he attended Louisiana State University of Alexandria, where he graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Cole then received his Juris Doctor in 2023 from Southern University Law Center and joined the Gaspard Law Firm as a law clerk.  Cole focuses on personal injury, auto accidents, successions, probate, property transfers, property divisions, property disputes, and more.

Growing up in Marksville, Louisiana, Cole was instilled with a strong work ethic and showed the value of helping others in need. Cole strives to apply these same values in his legal career by providing legal assistance to those in need in Avoyelles Parish and surrounding areas. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys playing golf with friends and spending time with his family.

Kristy St. Romain is from Mansura and has been married to her husband, Justin, for 20 years. They have one son and daughter-in-law, Brylan and Lauren.  Kristy is a 2001 graduate of Avoyelles High School and became a Louisiana Notary Public in January of 2024.  During her time off, Kristy enjoys fishing, working in her yard, and having cookouts on her patio. Kristy has been working with Jonathan since August of 2016 and still enjoys the work she does every day.

Melissa currently resides in Hessmer with her husband, Jarron, and their son, Dean. Melissa joined our staff in May of 2022 and really enjoys her days spent serving as a legal secretary. Away from work, you can find Melissa spending time with her family or watching scary movies.  She loves being part of Jonathan’s team and is excited to continue to learn and grow with the team!
