Jonathan T. Gaspard has been practicing law around the State of Louisiana for over 25 years and was an Assistant District Attorney for over 11 years. Jonathan and his wife, Jessica, have two young children, Eden and Major, whom they are proud to be raising in Avoyelles Parish. Jonathan and his staff are here to serve the public in many areas. Jonathan can assist those injured in an automobile accident who need help dealing with an insurance company, and can help individuals and families with successions, probate, and trusts. He also provides real estate legal services, such as property transfers, property divisions, community property settlements, and is experienced in litigation involving boundary and other disputes.

Jenny Donaghey-Beckham graduated cum laude from Southern University Law Center in 2012 with her Juris Doctorate. Jenny has been an Assistant DA since 2014 and currently serves as the Chief Prosecutor for Division A in the 12th JDC. Her routine areas of practice include estate planning, successions, property matters, and family law. As an experienced courtroom litigator, when necessary, she does not hesitate to move cases beyond “transactional law” and into trials.
