Jonathan T. Gaspard

Jonathan T. Gaspard attended and graduated from Marksville High School in 1994. From there, he attended Louisiana State University where he graduated in 1998. He then received his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Southern University Law Center. After passing the Bar on the first attempt, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable William J. Bennett and Kerry L. Spruill. Jonathan focuses on personal injury, auto accidents, successions, probate, property transfers, property divisions, property disputes, and more. Jonathan has practiced numerous areas of law across the State of Louisiana for over 25 years. Jonathan also served as an Assistant District Attorney in the 12th Judicial District Court for over 11 years. Jonathan and his wife, Jessica L. Gaspard, reside in Marksville with their daughter, Eden, and their son, Major.

Jenny Donaghey-Beckham

Jenny Donaghey-Beckham is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana. She is a 2012 cum laude graduate of Southern University Law Center, having first received B.A. degrees in both political science and sociology from the University of New Orleans (2007). While a general practitioner, her routine areas of practice include estate planning, successions, property matters, and family law.

In 2014, Jenny Donaghey-Beckham became an Assistant District Attorney for the 12th Judicial District (Avoyelles Parish), and she currently serves as the Chief Prosecutor for Division A. She prosecutes both felony and misdemeanor cases and is also a Special Victims Prosecutor, meaning she prosecutes cases involving crimes against children, the elderly, and victims of domestic violence. Jenny is experienced in the courtroom as a litigator, in both her civil and criminal capacities, having handled many judge trials and many jury trials.

Jenny, born and raised on the banks of Bayou des Glaises in Avoyelles Parish, has been married to her “high school sweetheart,” Jeremy Beckham, for over 24 years. They are the parents of two young children.

Samantha Guillote, of Bordelonville, joined the firm in 2026. She acts in a dual role at the firm, as both a paralegal and the office manager. Samantha ensures a seamless experience for our team and clients. Samantha is married to Jonathan Guillote, and is the proud mother of two kids, Carter and Gracie.
