Jonathan T. Gaspard
Jonathan T. Gaspard attended and graduated from Marksville High School in 1994. From there, he attended Louisiana State University where he graduated in 1998. He then received his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Southern University Law Center. After passing the Bar on the first attempt, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable William J. Bennett and Kerry L. Spruill. Jonathan focuses on personal injury, auto accidents, successions, probate, property transfers, property divisions, property disputes, and more. Jonathan has practiced numerous areas of law across the State of Louisiana for over 20 years. Jonathan also serves as an Assistant District Attorney in the 12th Judicial District Court since 2013. Jonathan and his wife, Jessica L. Gaspard, reside in Marksville with their daughter, Eden, and their son, Major.

Meet Our Staff
Kristy St. Romain is from Mansura and has been married to her husband, Justin, for 20 years. They have one son and daughter-in-law, Brylan and Lauren. Kristy is a 2001 graduate of Avoyelles High School and became a Louisiana Notary Public in January of 2024. During her time off, Kristy enjoys fishing, working in her yard, and having cookouts on her patio. Kristy has been working with Jonathan since August of 2016 and still enjoys the work she does every day.
Melissa currently resides in Hessmer with her husband, Jarron, and their son, Dean. Melissa joined our staff in May of 2022 and really enjoys her days spent serving as a legal secretary. Away from work, you can find Melissa spending time with her family or watching scary movies. She loves being part of Jonathan’s team and is excited to continue to learn and grow with the team!
Lauren St. Romain is from Pineville and has been married to her husband, Brylan, since July of 2023. Lauren has been working with Jonathan since August 2024. She is currently attending school to obtain a sonography degree to become an ultrasound technician. Outside of work and school, you can find Lauren nose deep in a good book or baking sweet treats.
